The organism which reproduces mainly by cell division is amoeba.


It is a unicellular organism. It is irregular in shape.


It moves and eats foods with the help of pseudopods.


Its single cell contains nucleus and hence cell division takes place and that new cell separates from the parent to become new amoeba.
