Proof:-

We know

parallelogram between same parallel and having same base have equal area

So,. area(ADQP) = area(ADFE)

ON SUBTRACTING AREA(ADFP) BOTH SIDE

area(ADQP) - area(ADFP) = area(ADFE) -

area (ADFP)

i.e.

area(QFD)=area(PEA)
