Who appoints election commission and how is that removed?

Election Commission is constitutional body and is headed by CEC i.e. Chief Election Commissioner.He is appointed by President on the recommendation of the Incumbent Govt.Election Commissioner can be removed only through Impeachment requiring two-third majority in Parliament in both the houses.
