the first estate were the clergy , second estate were the nobility and the third estate people where the common people of the France which involves = middle class and the poor people of France.

third estate - consist of workers, peasants, businessman, land labours etc
only third estate was levied from Texas and both first and second estate were exempted for paying taxes. They were privileged by birth
