Answer =) Some sections of the society at that time were Socially and educationally backward. They were not educated and were not allowed to enter in the society. They used to live in the forests. Therefore, they sometimes referred to as Adivasis.

Scheduled tribes were known as Adivasis.

For the Adivasis Our government has provided many privileges to improve their status in the society.

Some of the Privileges are -

. Government has provided one - third of the seats for the Adivasis in the lok sabha and the vidhan sabha.

. They were allowed to take admissio in any state school. No one can denied admission on the basis of their caste and religion.

. If the government caught anyone violating the rules and criticising anyone for untouchouability. Then under Article 17 he/she would get a punishable offence!

. Free institutes were opened for them to promote the educate system between them.

But Adivasis or scheduled tribes increasingly marginalised because these Privileges were not in proper action. The people of high class were having no fear of the punishments.

Due to this the marginalised sections were increasing rapidly.
