THE DALITS ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE B.P.L (BELOW POVERTY LINE). THE MINIMUM WAGE SET BY THE GOVERNMENT IS 2 LAKH OR TWO LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND HER YEAR AND THESE PEOPLE WERE UNABLE TO ACHIEVE THIS WAGE SET BY THE GOVERNMENT.
