IAS=Indian Administrative service--the IAS is a part of the permanent bureaucracy of the nation.
IFS=Indian Forest service--The officers who protect the forest and animals which is living in forest from/against the people who want to destroy them for their need.
IPS=Indian Police service-- The officers who are in local or on national level we can say the police that we see regularly.
IRS=Indian Revenue service or Income Tax-- as we know who are income tax officer the officers who rade in the house or office or other place to take the black money from people who are in the radar of govt.
