Dalit s are the people who are discouraged in the society.
They are in maximum amount because these people are below poverty line. Their income is not to the minimum level. They are uneducated.

Dalit has been a caste even before our freedom . They are now reffered as schedule caste . Dr . Br . Ambedkar had worked hard for them . Most people did not have land of their own and as British had put taxes on people. Soon they had shortage of money and did not have enough money to feed even themselves. Soon it was referred as a caste and they were discouraged in the society...
