farm labour's are poor farmer or landless Dalits . they work on the land of medium and large farmers and they are paid wages or given a part of the cultivated crop . the wages of farm labour's in palampur is less than the minimum wages set by the government because there is a heavy competition between farm labour's as so to get work they work on low wages . a small farmer who owns a land about 1 hectare do not get surplus amount of crop so they have to take loan from large and medium farmer

Answer:

Farm labours are poor farmer or landless dalits. They work on the land of mediums and large farmers they are paid wages or given a part of the cultivated crop. The wages of farm labours in The Village Palampur is less than the minimum wages set by the government because farm labourers are so lazy to get work, they work on low wages. A small farmer who owns a land about a hectare do not get surplus amount of crop. So they have to take loan from large and medium farmers.
