Krishna-He is describe as an incarnation of lord vishnu.As per traditions he was the eighth child of Devaki and Vasudev and he was brought up by Nand and Yashoda.
Arjuna-He was third son of Pandvas {king of hastinapur} .He was the greatest Archer and he played a very prominent role in mahabharat{battle between kauravas and pandvas}.
They had a bond as friends as well as relatives and in the battle of mahabharat krishna was Arjuna's sarthi . There they had a relationship of guru and shishya {Krishna as guider and Arjuna as a follower}.
