PROKARYOTES:

(i) Prokaryotic cells are less complex.

(ii) Unicellular

(iii) Do not have a nucleus and no membrane-bound organelles.

(iv) Most have a cell wall surrounding the cell membrane and a single, looped chromosomes (genetic material) in the cytoplasm.

(v) Include bacteria and blue-green bacteria.

(vi) Found in the kingdom Monera.

prokaryotes are the microscopic organisms without any cell wall.....

Membrane bound organelles like mitochondria and chromosomes are absent....

Nucleus is absent....
