_______________________________

The People (Voters) are the Real rulers in a democracy.

The voters are the real rulers in democracy because they are the one who decide who will be the next head (ruler) . In case they don't like the work done by a head they have complete right to remove that head. This all implies that they are superior to the head and hence can be called "THE REAL RULERS" of Democracy.
