The Holy book for sikh is “Guru Granth Sahib”, it is a collection of teachings and writings by Guru Nanak and other Gurus as well as Sikh, Hindu and Muslim saints. These scriptures are written in Punjabi and are greatly respected by all Sikhs as the living word of God.

  • The Sikhism is the religion which was originated during the 15 century in the district called as Punjab, in the Indian subcontinent.
  • Basically the people who follow the Sikhism is called as the Sikhs. These people believe in the concept of one good that is only god.
  • They do not practice work shipping statues and the ideals, Instead the worship some form of light.
  • The holy book which is followed by the Sikhs are called as Guru Granth Sahib. This book remains as the book of Sikhism rituals and the practices which they must practice in their life.
