hi, i think that the producer has more power in their hand cause when they make something we have to buy that only. If they dont make something customer cant buy the product required.

but if you think in a way customers have power to as people provide service complaint options. moreover if people dont buy things the producers wont have income and will bent and make their products as per the customers conditions.

So finally everone has equal amount of strength in market place
