Who are the ones who have dropped-out? Visit some schools in your locality
and prepare a list on the drop-out children at the elementary level in your District. Enlist the reasons for the same? What can you do, as a teacher, to
ensure that students retention in school(1000 words)

Most of the people have financial problems and transport problems.for eg i will tell one incident which was happened near my school. When iam studying 6th class a small was rearing the cattle in the field when i called him and asked why were u rearing the cattle "did u have no interest in studies?"then he simply replied that he has no enough money to study.Then i told him all about the studies and the conditions,jobs and motivate him ,then next day he joined in school and told me thathe will got a good job in future. i felt so hpy,so every teacher should motivate the students and mould them in a correct way.
