Education is a public property because in Indian constitution it is given that there is a right that is right to education means that government also needs that every citizens of the country should educated through which country may be good In all sectors

The Indian constitution argues that education is a public property since it has the following elements there


Public schools are build in government land and are are owned by government as it has to be protected by the government from individual interference.


The schools are admitting every student no matter where one comes from within Indian .


The students are again given a chance to equally participate in various activities in school.
