Who came first egg or hen .......?? And how .....

so answer is egg, because I read somewhere that some of the vitamins present in hen is found in egg that can't be transferred but can be originate.

so first egg came then hen then further egg came

First egg came because in a book I have read that in egg there are some vitamins and proteins that are available in hen also. So egg came first.
