There are various steps to be taken in order to reform and deepen the democracy :
Firstly the principles of democracy like equality, liberty, justice etc should be implemented effectively.
2. The democratic institutions should not be interfered by the political parties.
3. New laws should be framed to reform the democracy.
4. Marginalized communities should be provided more chances to participate in political process in order to deepen the democracy.
5. Religion should be kept out of ambit of politics and governance.
6. Right to freedom of speech and expression should not be curbed under the guise of national security.
7. Dissent and right to question the authority should be promoted more and more.
8. Right to information should be implemented effectively.
