actually right to vote it is is a very essential right of a human being which cannot be taken from any human but there are some exceptional cases also for example if a person has do not have a good mental ability or he or she is mentally impaired or have some problem in their mental intellectual then those person would not be allowed to vote because they will not be able to judge between the representatives and secondly those who are criminals but not all the criminals would be denied the right to vote only those criminals who have committed a crime which had affected a lot of people will be denied the right to vote otherwise every citizen has the right to vote and if anybody hinders reserve the right to vote or do not allow the person to vote then he or she can file a petition and can file a case on that person and he or she will definitely get a punishment for that until and unless that person comes under both the case which I have talked about above
