the formula P.E.=mgh=1x10x7=70J
K.E.=P.E=70j
KE= 1/2mv²
70=1/2×1×v²
v=11.8m/s

Ramjipandey: and also included this question. the loss of kinetic energy
Ramjipandey: will be what
Ramjipandey: please give answer
Ramanarrora: Loss in kinetic energy
Ramanarrora: =mg(h1-h2)
Ramanarrora: 1×10(7-4.5)=25J
Ramanarrora: Is your answer
Ramanarrora: It's ok
