HEY MATE !!!

1) We see water droplets on the outer surface of the glass containing ice-cold water this is because the water vapour presents in air, on coming in contact with the cold glass of water, loses energy and gets converted to liquid state, which we see as water droplets.

2) Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide. It is primarily used to cool food products at lower temperature than what water ice can provide. It is called dry ice because it sublimes and doesn't leave any residue i.e. changes from solid to gaseous state without turning to liquid.

3) Substances such as acetone, petroleum and perfume are highly sublime in nature. Itconverts into vapour at a fast rate. This increases the liquid molecules around it in vapour phase thus our palm feel cold.

4) The various factors on which rate of evaporation depends are :

• Liquid's exposed surface area (faster when increased).

• The humidity of surroundings (slower when increased).

• The presence of wind (faster when increased).

• The temperature (faster when increased).

answer 1‐ this is because the the air in the contact with the cold water is having water vapour which condenses down and changes into water and that are shown on big glass container .

answer 2‐ dry ice is the compressed carbon dioxide under high pressure and that changes into solid it is called so because it changes its state from solid to gas directly without changing into liquid

answer 3‐ when we put some Acetone , perfume, petrol on our palm it take heat promise farm which is equal to latent heat and does our Palm feel cold

answer 4‐ there are four factors of affecting evaporation I.e wind speed ,

temperature , humidity , surface area

1‐ on increasing temperature the evaporation increases therefore it is directly proportional

2‐ on increasing wind speed evaporation takes place faster there for directly proportional

3‐ on increasing humidity the the evaporation slows down because there is already a lot of water stored in the the air air and the storage capacity decreases of the the air to store the water therefore inversely proportional

4‐ on increasing the surface area the evaporation takes place faster and therefore directly proportional
