  a) \: \frac{ {58}^{2} -  {42}^{2}  }{16}

 =  \frac{(58 + 42)(58 - 42)}{16}

  = \frac{100 \times 16}{16}

 = 100

b) \frac{8.63 \times 8.63 - 1.37 \times 1.37}{0.726}

 =  \frac{ {8.63}^{2} -  {1.37}^{2}  }{0.762}

 =  \frac{(8.63 + 1.37)(8.63 - 1.37)}{0.726}

 =  \frac{10 \times 7.26}{0.726}

  = \frac{10 \times 7.26}{0.726} \times  \frac{10}{10}

  = \frac{10 \times 10 \times 7.26}{7.26}

 = 10 \times 10 = 100

c)(3x + 1)(3x - 1)(  {9x}^{2} + 1)( {81x}^{4} + 1)

 = ({(3x)}^{2} - 1 ))( {(3x)}^{2}  + 1)( {81x}^{4}  + 1)

 = ( {(3x)}^{4}  - 1)( {(3x)}^{4}  + 1)

 =   {(3x)}^{8}  - 1

d)9 {(x + 1)}^{2}  + 12(x + 1)(y + 2) + 4 {(y + 2}^{2}

 =  {(3(x + 1))}^{2}  + 2 \times 3(x + 1) \times 2(y + 2) +  {(2(y + 2))}^{2}

 =  {(3(x + 1) + 2(y + 2))}^{2}

  = {(3x + 3 + 2y + 2)}^{2}

 =  {(3x + 2y + 5)}^{2}

I think question c) has

(81 {x}^{4}  + 1) \: instead \: of \: (81 {x}^{2} + 1)

Hope it helps
