Indian constitution says that its the right of Parliament to decide upon the salaries and allowances payable to the members.
By the article 106 of the Indian Constitution, the Members of Parliament are authorized to accept payrolls and pensions, as from time to time which should be defined by Parliament according to the rules and authority till the new prerequisite is made in this respect.
