Answer:- Male(Father) decides the sex of child as he has 1 X chromosome and 1 Y chromosome and Female(Mother) has 2 X chromosome. if Y chromosome containing sperm will fertilise with female ovum then the sex of child will be Male and if X chromosome containing sperm will fertilise with ovum then the sex of child will be female.

if u are asking for sex of the baby then father is responsible for sex of the baby becoz female have only XX chromosome but male have XY chromosome. if XY meets then then the sex of the baby is boy but if XX meets then sex of the baby is a girl.
its only a mentality of people that mother is respinsible for sex of the baby
