Why did the Marathas lose the third battle of Panipat?

I would like to highlight some very important points.

1)Maratha lost due to lack of support from Nanasaheb who was suffering from tuberculosis, because of which he was near the Bhopal.

2)The artillary under the command of Ibrahim khan were one of the highest standard of that time,in whole of india only the Britishers had such high standard and qualities.but the artillary were heavy which were best suited against a fixed target, and it was difficult to move the heavy long cannons in an open war.

3)Had Abidali attacked the camp on Marathas ,he would have outnumbered, killed and devastated with only the artillary. And Abidali was aware of that so he himself removed his army camp from the range of marathas artillary.

4)Abidali only tried to cut off the supply line of marathas,so that marathas could starve and compel to make movement.Sadashivrao bhau was very diplomatic and had the every good qualities of great generals,he was reluctant to move from his position.

5)The starvetion of maratha army compelled them to move towards Delhi, and it was difficult to fight the starved army, they had no energy to stand in the battle field nor their horses could withstand due to starvation. The initial victories the marathas could got because of cannons and rifles of Ibrahim khans artillaries, but when marathas started running with Malharrao the initial advantage was lost and the well trained army of Ibrahim khan fell open without any covering support.

The power of heavy artillary was seen in the battle of plassey when Robert clive defeated the heavy army of siraj ud duala and his french allies.

The Artillary Of Sadashivrao Bhau was ahead of time .

Sadashivrao bhau was next to the great Shivaji in terms of modern war fare.

.The people of north should worship the Sadashivrao bhau in place of god ,because Sadashivrao bhau the hindus of Norths could survive as Hindus.Abidalis dewan suggested the Sadashivrao Bhau to accept the sirhind now days Chandigarh as a border between Afghanistan and Hindustan,so it will be face saving formulla for both Abid ali and Sadashivrao bhau. marathas died in war but did no accept such terms.

Explanation:

Panipat was lost by the divide within India and Indians. The politicos of the Maratha court conspired to send Sadashiv Bhau to his defeat. ... Many of the Maratha allies backed out at the last moment (in part due to the arrogance and obstinacy of Sadashiv Bhau) and so many Indian rulers conspired to defeat them
