Had it not been for Olga's actions of kind heartedness, Lushkov would still be on the route to doing misdeeds.
Some people may think that Skvortsov was the hero, for he is he one who sent Olga into the shed for the wood and he is the one who discovered the beggar and his ways of lying for he was a lawyer. But, Olga was the one who had stood by him while he was in the shed, she was the mentor or the motivator who kept an eye out for him which is why, she deserved the credit.
