Explanation:

God do not say that you beg or you give alms to the beggars. But it is believed by us that we should help the helpless for the name of the GOD. God can not allow the people for begging.If you observe that the beggar is begging proffesionally instead of his earning capability, I suggest, you must not give him alms.
