The language is not discovered by anyone.it evolves over time as a group of Humans keep using ,speaking and writing it. HINDI has evolved from a SANSKRIT base into Hindustani and URDU in North India with a borrowings even from Persian. the moderna day HINDI is dated from 15th to 17th century CE. It is now becoming more SANSKRITISED to differentiate form URDU in INDIA. Variations of HINDI are spoken in North India in many forms.
