Well, the answer of your question is "Aristotle"
it is believed that Aristotle was the one who originally discovered the biology. Although , Biology was the part of arab science starting from the 3rd century till the 11th century but it is believed that they research on the work of like of Aristotle and translated their works then studied it as they themselves was not capable of that. But the modern biology was the result of work of scientist like Thomas Beddoes and Karl Friedrich Burda as well as Jean-Baptiste Lamarck etc. These are the people who give the biology a modern sense and take forward this subject.
