Think so the old one needs the charity then the poor children and last bt not the least are the border security forces or the defence forces who serves the nation

Personally, I think the disabled or handicapped poor people should be given charity or the elders because they are unable to work.
Some physically able people might take charity as granted and not do anything or not take up any job.
