Those those who have enough knowledge and skills because if they don't have enough knowledge and skills they will not be able to do the job is it has to be done properly.
Also the person must be very sincere with his job because if he does the job wrongly or not properly then it will be a huge problem. The person must be good enough to do the job he should be sincere polite and always respect the owner who gave him the job..
