Dr Ambedkar founded Depressed Classes Association in 1930.

Dr Ambedkar at the second Round Table Conference had a discussion with  Gandhiji by demanding separate electorates for dalits.

Government agreed to  his demand but Gandhiji disagreed to the government decision.

After  a long discussion Gandhiji and Dr Ambedkar made an agreement that Depressed Classes will get reservation and the name of this agreement was The Poona Pact.

so, it was found by Dr B.R Ambedkar in the year 1930 demanding seperate electrorate for the depressed castes..
