Modern periodic table is founded by H.J. Moseley.In 1913 he found that each element emits a characteristic pattern of X-rays when subjected to bombardment by high energy electrons.By analysing the X-rays patterns, Moseley was able to calculate the number of positive charges in the atoms of respective elements.
Scientists like Dobereiner,Newlands, Mendeleeff etc but they correctly unable to prove the periodic table.
But these scientists failed to explain about arrangements of elements in the periodic table.
