The framers of the constitution is the drafting committee who borrowed the different provisions from different constitutions of other countries and the appropriate provisions were taken by the drafting committee and later discussed in the constitution assembly. So, the framers of the constitution is actually (directly/ indirectly) the constitution assembly who made those provisions as the articles in the constitution of India.
