Sushma Swaraj is the first woman External Affairs Minister of India.

Sushma Swaraj is serving as the external minister of Indian since 26th May, 2014. She was elected ‘leader of the opposition’ in the Parliament by the Indian Bharatiya Janata Party in 2009, in this way she was the ‘leader of the opposition’ in the fifteenth Lok Sabha of India.  

Even before this, he has been in the central ministry and has also been the Chief Minister of Delhi. Sushma Swaraj became a member of the Bharatiya Janata party in 1977 and she ran for office for the first time and was elected to a seat in the legislative assembly of Haryana state.
