Answer: William Tyndale

Explanation: William Tyndale is called  The Father of English Prose.  He was born in Catholic England around 1494.During his birth, England as well as many parts of Europe were passing through political as well as religious unrest.

Tyndale was highly influenced both Martin Luther and the Reformation movement .

The very fact that the common people could not read Bible made him upset. During 1611 his greatest contribution was The King James Bible, which were based on his translation. His influence was not restricted to his early work in the field of translation of the Bible into English, but also played a huge role in the development of an Early English Modern prose, which earned him the title  of “The father of English Prose”.
