"I Pass The Delhi Test" is written by Sunil Gavaskar, a famous Indian cricketer of yesteryear.

Actually, this title is taken from one of of Sunil Gavaskar's books called 'Runs 'n' Ruins' which was published in 1984. This section of the book deals with how Gavaskar hit a 100 in a test match in Delhi after his failure earlier at Kanpur. In this match, he also matched the record set by Sir Don Bradman which was for 29 test centuries.

Therefore, the writer is Sunil Gavaskar.
