when our constitution make it's having some sentimental rights and duties one of them also election and vote the motive that I what is that we have to write to make a government to govern at right place and right time of our country of our state and our village second thing is that identity card is necessary because we do not give the vote because it give us then right we are belongs to that country in which we are going to do vote thank you
