Who helped them at the last and how and how

Answer:
A few days ago. (I'm bad with remembering dates)
I was sitting outside a mall(BMC Bhawani Mall) in bhubaneswar when a poor kid tapped my shoulder from the back and asked me for money.
“Money?”, I thought and then ignored realizing I don’t have enough for myself.
He walked away.
But then I felt that whatever I have in my pocket would certainly be spent on something not as important as that of a poor kids hunger.
I stood up and walked to him and told him that I wouldn’t give him money but will surely buy him something to eat. I saw a smile escape his lips.
He held my hand and told me “Come, I'll take you to the place from where I want to eat.”
Believe me, something touched me deep when he held my hand.
I walked with him and stopped outside a shop on the road side.
I knew this was going to be expensive.
Still I asked him what he wished to eat and he pointed to a Amul Kool bottle.
Well, I too often wanted to drink that but it seemed little expensive to me, but I couldn’t say no to the child.
I asked for it from the shopkeeper, and he handed the bottle to him.
God knows what forced me ask him “Anything else?”
And he said “Yes, that”, pointing to a packet of cookies.
I told it to the shopkeeper and he gave it to him.
I paid the money and walked back towards the mall with him.
It cost me just a few rupees to put a smile on a child’s face which I would have otherwise spent on something useless.
