Indochina originally Indo-China was the continental portion of now Southeast Asia. This land was spread over Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia. Indian and Chinese culture was significantly practiced here.

From 1859-1893, French colonised this region. Under their colonial rule they introduced Christian missionaries that preached and converted many people towards Christianity.

Their colonial rule left a huge impact that several people of this region still practice Christianity despite being free from the French Rule.
