Henry Fischel was the first person who invented the "EXAMS". It is believed that Henry Michel brought the Philosophy. He was a French philosopher who lectured in the U.S. and many other places. His philosophy was based on an examination of two modes of phenomena (exterior & interior). His basic idea is that a person should examine things (events, persons, etc.) very carefully, before reaching any conclusion.

      He was the person responsible for coining the term and the concept of ‘Exams’. Henry A. Fischel was born on November 20 ,1913. He played a major role in founding the Jewish Studies program at Indiana University He was professor emeritus of Near Eastern languages and cultures at the Indiana University which is located at Bloomington.
