Döbereiner started classification of elements but only 3 elements were known, due to some limitations another scientist named Newland started when there were 56 elements known .Due to limitations, another scientist named Mendeleev gave a new periodic table and at that time 63 elements were known. Due to limitations of all 3 tables, a new scientist Moseley changed Mendeleev's periodic table which we use now and its called Modern Periodic table
So, there were 4 scientists
Doberneier , Newland, Mendeleev, Moseley
