I'll better advice that as you are awaken at late night, you should keep the phone aside and do actual study.

Yes, I too know that it is somewhat difficult task to do. But I'll advice to make a schedule in your mind like you will study 30 mins and then use mobile for 10 mins and repeat it. In this, you will be able to do successfully so called " Late night study".
