well...agree with you
yet Draco was shown as the arrogant character in Harry potter but he was not arrogant at all but a pathetic boy who had to adapt that kind of attitude just because of his father and Lord Voldy.
As i read in HARRY POTTER IN CRUSHED CHILD he is as very responsible and dedicated father for his son Scorpius Malfoy.
