The Head of Government is Chosen By People of India after every 5 years. So, Narendra Modi is temporary but people of India is always permanent. This is the beauty of our Constitution. But, Nehru gandhi parivar rules the almost after the independence by applying Divide and Rule policy among various religions & castes.
