If by Intelligence, we meant by IQ level, then K. Vishalini of Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu has the highest IQ score in India. And not just in India, In the world also.
She has the tested IQ score of 225. Even higher than the Guinness world record holder. But she has to wait until she becomes 14 years old to be in Gunniese book of world records.
