❕❗Original version was named 'Jaya' which had 8800 verses only and was narrated by Veda Vyasa to Ganesha. Infact, both Bhagavad Gita and Vishnu Sahasranamam became popular after Adi Sankaracharya wrote commentaries on them in 8th century AD.❕❗
