Babu Vsirkishore, is an M.L.A and minister of Fisheries and Fine Arts of Orissa State. The story is set in Shankari village, Balsore district of Orissa. It is a satire on the visit of minister Virkishore to coastal village of Orissa. Wealthy man Shri Moharana has a thought of serving people and became politician.
