Both are the best singers India has ever produced. But if I had to chose I think it would be Asha Bhosle. The question is who is a better singer, its not about who is a better person/ celebrity/ more famous/ sung more songs/ has better moral values or ideals.

Both of them have sung a lot of songs but most of which are in Hindi & Marathi.

Asha Bhosle has a RANGE. By range means she can literally sing crazy songs. Will not paste links as the answer will grow too long.
