Hi There!
________________________

LION is called the king of the beasts.

Throughout history the lion has been considered the symbol of strength. The courts all over the world have the lion on shields to indicate power.

Lion's voice is a roar or a growl.

The ancient Egyptians believed the lion was sacred and during the time when Christ was born, lions lived in many parts of Europe.

Today, the only places where lions are plentiful are in the forests of AFRICA.

Lions began being associated with kingliness, then it began all the way in the times of the first civilizations.Hence lions are called the king of beasts
because:
1.)
Lion is at the top of the food chain.
2.)
Lion is the icon of courage and royalty.
Lion cannot be replaced by any other animal in jungle it plays and important role in the eco system any wild animal has its disadvantage where as lion preceeds all these disadvantages and thus makes it self the king of the beasts .
Only few animals dare to challenge Lion for a fight, that too in rare
cases.
You can add many valid reasons to justify Lion's candidacy.

Thats why he is the king  of the beasts
hope it helps!!
have a good day!!
